By far the worst customer service i have ever received and i would not recommend buying from this company. I have been a customer for 3+ years, have bought several products, the water pitcher (2), many filter replacements, the shower head (2), and the bacteria filter. I have been emailing with Sean about a defective water filter cartridge that is not working - the water will not run through the cartridge and the product is defective. A simple return is a nightmare with this company. You should be ashamed if your self. Horrible company and horrible customer service.

Horrible company that lies to their customers . tAken advantage of old people . i hope that people see this and see that they are not people they should do bussniess with . please do not call these people at all worst customer service ever.

I am so happy with our purchase from Alkaline plus. They were completely professional and curious through out the whole process. They went above and beyond to answer all my questions and then through the purchase and after when setting up the machine. I have had the Vesta now for about 9-10 months. It has transformed our health. My kids are enjoying the water just as much as my husband and I are. Thank you very much for everything! Sincerely, the Perkins family!
