I've been with this company for a few years now and I'm considering taking my business elsewhere and I already sought quotes. I tried talking to the owner Darlene more than enough times but, I don't believe simple errors are being addressed. It seems like she likes to just travel a lot and take people's money to have this leisure. My biggest complaint is the water bottles get filled up to the rim making the bottles overflow as I need to place the dispenser in the bottle. Today, Avi came to install my new reverse osmosis filtration system. He looked under my sink and said this installation will actually be easier than he thought, so he will refund some money to me. Wow! I really appreciate a company that is so honest, and I couldn't be more pleased with my great tasting alkaline water.
