Communication is abysmal. Property Management and HOA is incredibly unresponsive (although there doesn’t seem to be any lapse in communication as it relates to arbitrarily increasing the HOA dues). For example, my car was burglarized on their private property in the gated garage. In an effort to gain more information or facilitate a helpful discourse on property security and safety, we reached out and received absolutely no response.
