I tried to contact them and couldn't speak to anyone they say to send an email or if you wanted to leave a message and they will get back to you in 2 to 3 business days I finally heard back from them and they did not offer me any type of shipping label or anything you just said send it back to them and it takes 3 to 5 business days and we're well beyond that and I still haven't received my chair back I'm not impressed with there customer service seems how no one can ever answer the phone no matter what time you call I'm used... read more
Bought the Monarch chair, enjoyed it thoroughly. Unfortunately it broke due to a problem in the supports. Contacted Alite about the lifetime warranty and they replied immediately and sent me a shipping label and offered an array of shipping options to ensure I wouldn't be without the chair if I needed it. Sent the chair back that day and just got it back within an amazingly reasonable time, completely repaired and usable again. I highly recommend Alite, I'm very much in love with my Monarch chair.
I have a Monarch chair and my wife has a Mayfly. I had a small issue with mine and Alite took care of me with no problems. Great customer service and comfy chairs. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another one.

I have never dealt with a small company that has outright ignored a customer. I purchased the picnic blanket & never received any response from customer service when it had been WEEKS and no order/shipping update whatsoever. Still never received it - keep up the crappy work, guys.
Just bought the Alite Mayfly chair. Pretty comfy in the living room. Will definitely work while camping!
