Haven’t had the pleasure of speaking with the attorneys yet, but I can tell you the woman manning their phones has a horrible, appalling, aggressive way of talking to potential new clients. I spent three minutes being shouted at by her in that loud obnoxious voice she has only to be rudely told that someone would call me later and that she hopes I ‘deal with this’ today. Pathetic.
