Alister is the absolutely worst place you can ever recommend to someone that you love OR hate. I’ve had to deal with poor maintenance repairs/work order completions on multiple occasions. This is all due to lack of general maintenance by the property that then lead to bigger issues... 2 of those occasions were major water leaks because of bursting water heaters. Great pet friendly community. Apartments are nice size rooms and closets. Location, shuttle, and package delivery service used often. Great office staff and maintenance.
I loved it the community was extremely beautiful the grounds were always kept clean . The office staff were very nice and helpful all the time. I never had a problem with anything. I would highly recommend living here. Thank you for all you have done for me and my husband.
great place always clean, Colleen and the staff are great and always accomodating. Love the convenience of the 24 hour gym and shuttle to the T station!
