I wish I can give them zero stars.. Since Cielo Boca turn into the seven at West Boca this place has become a nightmare. I called a week ago about the ac being broke no one came out so today I went into the office and the lady at the front desk told me she was calling emergency maintenance to come today unfortunately no one never came out. The washer has been broken for about two months now and the only thing they can tell me is that I have to deal with it because to they can't replace the washer. A horrible experience I've had my dryer for 1 month without working and so far I haven't gotten any response from the maintenance. And when you go looking for answers you are always poorly attended and leave there without knowing whether or not you will fix it Terrible administration.
A nightmare of an experience. No AC for past weekend, management will not respond to any request for assistance. Roof literally falling apart, toilets don't flush, appliances don't work, Freezer stops working and routinely loosing hundreds of dollars in frozen food/ Management simply ignores any request related to maintenance.
