Terrible customer service, they don't pay attention, they talk to you contemptuously, it seems that you were asking for favors, bad attitude
POTENTIAL RENTERS: consider finding somewhere else to live. Once you move in, you will never be able to reach the office staff again. It’s incredibly difficult to get maintenance issues resolved here. I’ve had a broken sink for over a month, which causes the dishwasher to back up into it—making both unusable. Maintenance responded once, looked at the sink, said it was “fine,” and closed the ticket. A month later, I’m still dealing with the exact same issue. Extremely unprofessional experience. We were told by one representative ‘Eduarda’ that multiple 2-bedroom units were available. After being forced to reschedule because they “don’t do tours on weekends,” we arrived today, waited 30–40 minutes, and were told there were no apartments to show—only a video. The story kept changing: first only models were available, then a 1-bedroom, but suddenly no golf cart keys to view it. No apology, no effort to reschedule. Total waste of time.
Do not bother with this place. Do some deeper research and find a place that takes better care of their residents because they treat every maintenance request like it's a joke. Nobody ever has any answers for anything but you better have your insanely expensive rent paid by the 4th. Waste of good land, this place. Never sign a lease here.
