I'm going to start this off by saying that if giving them no stars was an option, I would. I was in Alist salon about 10 minutes ago and left more than displeased, and $35 poorer. While getting my nails done, the man at the front desk (along with two other workers) very loudly and obnoxiously chomped on fried chicken and churros. The nail tech that gave me a manicure filed my nails so short that with every sweep of the file, I winced in pain. HORRIBLE! Do NOT go here!! They cut two of my cuticles which bled and they did nothing about it. VERY unsanitary! Also did very poor job, my nails look like shit. Workers were not personable and spoke their language the whole time.... Probably talking about my mom and I, who knows!! Go to Top Nails by Walmart!!!
Was here a few months ago and they did a great job...went back last night and they told me they couldn't do a design because they didn't have "the right brushes" to do it and they hurt my big toe when cleaning and clipping my nail to the point where I can hardly walk on it today. Will not be going back and will not be recommending anybody else to go. Very disappointed.
