I don't feel that she explained options clearly. She scheduled me a MRI which I was ok with. She didn't even call me with the results. Instead she just messaged me with the results (which she left out details). Only gave me 2 options for treatments which 1 I have already done and told her I didn't want to do it again as it didn't help the first time. Haven't heard from her since.
