Cut off 3 times after at least a 5-6 minute hold (no exaggeration) each time. Finally got to speak to someone the fourth call. Told the receptionist I had a skin cancer and needed it removed. Her FIRST question was “what insurance do you have?” After she was assured they would get their money due, she then told me she could schedule a consultation appointment mid-February and not even with a doctor but a PA. Dr Alison is great
Dr. Fischer is a great doctor! Very knowledgeable, kind and professional. Definitely will recommend to anyone in need of a dermatologist or Mohs surgeon.
I called 6 times; left messages to get an appointment. No one ever called me back. I was about to give up, then I called one more time, but the person hung up on me. Then I called again and finally got a person. I was about to go to someone else. If you like calling and calling just to get an appointment, then this is your place.
