As a 'family dentist' you would think they would be more understanding when it came to your children. They won't allow you to bring kids with you to your appointment but refuse you as a patient if you can't make an appointment because of babysitter issues, even when you call before hand to let them know you're unable to make it. I find it crazy considering I've made several appointment's on time and called before my scheduled time to let them know I could not make it.
I normally dont rate places so poorly but when someone tells you to leave your kids in the lobby while your youngest is being seen I will rate you poorly.
I GIVE HER AND HER STAFF A 10 OUT OF 10 STARS!!!!!
