A completely incompetent staff, horrible bedside manner, and always leave feeling worse.
Awful. what a humorless, unpleasant woman. She kept me waiting for over 40 minutes while various staff assistants (none too friendly themselves) kept coming in and out to tell me she would be there is "a few minutes." When she eventually deigned to show her face, Dr. Ehrlich had one of the most patronizing and cold demeanors I have ever encountered in a medical professional.
I have been going to Dr. Erlich for a couple years now. She usually runs about 10-15 minutes late and appears rushed when she sees you. She is excellent at diagnosing time conditions and poor at others. I would recommend her, but with a grain of salt. She was able to diagnose a problem that 4 other doctors couldn't, but has prescribed me not-so-helpful medications as well.
This has to be the worst doctor I have ever been too. To start with I waited 1.5 hours to see her. Three people walked out yelling about unprofessional and rude treatment they received. Even her staff there said this is what to expect ever visit! I should have left then. When I finally got to see the doctor, she saw me for all of 3-4 minutes. I've been going to Dr. Erlich for a couple years now. She usually runs about 10 minutes late unless you have the very first or last apt of the day. The staff that you pay co-pay to when you are usually unfriendly. Dr. Erlich is an amazing doctor who not only helped me with superficial problems of acne and such, but also diagnosed another problem that three other doctors were unable to help with. I recommend her to all my friends!
i have had several appointments which I was ontime to all. she however was late 20-30 for each, i dont understand since she only is only the room for us maybe 5 minutes. not impressed with office staff either, i think all are overworked and overscheduled
Seemed pretty average - not especially helpful or nice, but not a bad doc either. I had to wait about 20-30 minutes to see her. Seemed more concerned with efficiency than anything, but I might have caught her on a busy day.
i went to dr. ehrlich for an appointment regarding a bad case of adult acne that i have. i work with people all day and it is embarassing so at my first (and last visit) she was 45 minutes late and took 5 minutes to examine me but said she couldn't do anything because my referral said "acne" and not "treat acne"! she left and directed me to the front again! i couldn't believe how rude and rushed she was.
Dr. Ehrlich is an excellent doctor who clearly cares about her patients.
