Whoever answered the phone today around 11:00 AM ( I’m in California BTW ) was extremely rude and displayed absolutely no professionalism, customer service, or common courtesy. My son has been missing school because I was waiting for his immunization records to be sent. I was specifically told that the records had been sent, only to find out that THEY WERE NEVER SENT. This place needs you to pick up a packet of new patient paperwork. Take it home complete it and bring it back and then setup a appointment. No emailing of packet, no mailing out packet and if you're disabled forget about it they don't care. I asked that little nugget to see if any other process other than the current could be applied. After reading some of the other reviews paperwork was the least of my worries. Ahhh no thanks
