I have been a patient at this office for 19 years. I was forced to find another dentist about 9 years ago because of insurance. Shortly, we decided to change insurance in order to get back to Aliso Hills to the delight of our children, whom are adult now visiting with their mates. Dr. Quan is the best at listening and performing only the work that is prudent and needed for you. No over sell! I am always confident that I am under the care of a qualified professional. Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Was this provider's office too cold? Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Did the staff call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment? Yes, they called me a few days before my appointment Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time

The facility and the equipment is clean and serviceable, but clearly outdated. The tooth cleaning was above average, and my impression of the dentist was generally positive. The fact that the office is closed on Wednesdays is a problem for me, but the location is ideal, as I have only a few steps from my residence to the dentists office now.
