Finally A Great Contractor! I have lived in my home for almost 30 years in south Orange County. Honest Company! I have been using and recommending them to everyone I know for over 15 years. They have always been prompt, curtious, and very knowledgeable. I have never, nor anyone I have ever referred to them, had a problem. They have always maintained my equipment, all at a great price, and never tried to sell me any equipment or services I did not need. Technicians misdiagnose - Customer Service nonexistent I have spent well over $3,000 with this company. Their first technician said the 'fix' would be to just refill the freon. When this solution didn't work, Aliso Air sent out another technician who diagnosed the 'fix' to be the replacement of a coil. The service manager said he would give me a credit from the first repair disaster to be applied towards the coil replacement. He never did and unfortunately, the 'fix' /coil replacement did not work.
