Just had my second video appointment with Dr Goodrum and I love her! She listens, is friendly and professional.
Not only did she rush me off (the call was 5 min), but she also didn't take any notes about my health concerns, gave me no health advice, made no referrals, prescribed no medications, nothing. She's running a little scam operation on PlushCare to see as many patients as she can, lying about the hours she's seeing them, and lying about the services she's performing on the visits.. so she can bill insurance and make a quick buck from the PlushCare service. I agree with all the comments below. If you come across this doctor on plush care do not select her. She didn’t listen to me and then just abruptly ended the call….. couldn’t get care for a simple cough and congestion that I’ve had for a week. She was rude and didn’t listen to anything I was saying. The call lasted about 3 minutes
Made the mistake of making an appointment with her. She’s disrespectful, lazy and tries to get rid of you as fast as possible.
