Just terrible. Dr. Hideg is so dismissive and unhelpful. She once sent a reply to my email with advice on allergies when I had specifically reported symptoms about something completely, entirely different-not even the same ballpark. So unprofessional and negligent. Then on another occasion, she made a reply that clearly showed she hadn't reviewed my case at all and hadn't even bothered to look at the tests that had already been done. I cannot believe how negligent and unhelpful this doctor is.
Absolutely HORRIBLE!..Her office staff will play games with you ,taking other patients that had later appoints before you. She is always rushed, cold and uncaring, dont know how or why she wanted to be a Doctor..I have been with Kaiser almost 20 years, but my previous doctor retired and she took her place.Kaiser generally has very good Doctors and Staff,but my recent experience (last year or so ) has been really bad,and the Staff is RUDE!..The other offices at the Avenida Encinas facilities in Carldbad are staffed with gre... read more
