Ali C****** doesn't seem to realize that a business owner must at least try to meet the expectations of her customers as originally agreed, instead expecting her customers to 'be flexible' in terms of when the cleaners show up, how good a job they do, etc. Then, if you question anything, she gets upset and in my case, cancels her services ON THE DAY the cleaners were supposed to come (and were late, for which I wasn't willing to spend my entire day waiting with no ETA provided). Ali herself is very rude and inconsiderate in her dealing with people. She thinks she is doing us a favor. She gives a one hour range for team’s arrival but they still don’t come. No apologies or no fixing of time issues. On top of that the team is so overworked that they are unable to do a good job. She is running this business like a puppy mill. DO NOT RECOMMEND their service.
They didn't clean the property properly. In the name of deep cleaning, Ali's team just vacuumed the home and left. There were dog hairs on the carpet not cleaned. One blind was also broken. They don't know how to deal and talk with customer. Very unprofessional way of dealing with customers.
