I spent five years in Texas and moved to the High Desert. In Texas, I had researched and found an excellent cardiologist by reputation and practice. I was put on a minimal dosage of blood thinners for a reason. Dr Heshmat prescribed a quadrupled dosage, giving no reason whatsoever, without consulting with me, and no change in my medical condition. Blood thinners can have serious side effects, including internal bleeding. I can't imagine his rationale for this, but my medical records were never sought by Kaiser that I know of... read more
