Supurb Itailian Cuisine Via Firenze is a jewel of a restaurant hidden away in a little strip mall behind Carl's Jr on Anza & Torrance Blvd. I actually attended at wedding and reception here, and it was beautiful.. They rented out the whole restaurant and it was very fun and food it Delicious! I have since become a very satisfied patron of Via Firenze. I recommend the Rigatoni del Prato. It has shrimp in it and it is so good! The prices are great for the wonderful quality of food!
Excellent Italian Restaurant This is by far one of my favorite restaurants in the South Bay. The menu choices are extensive and everything is fresh and well prepared. The wine list is extensive- I recommend the Nero D'Avola. The service is impecable, make sure to say "bella notta" to the Sophia Loren lookalike hostess. The decor manages to be both elegant and kitschy at the same time. And the prices are more than reasonable.
Comfortable It is comfortable enough to be the ideal neighborhood spot yet well appointed enough to be a destination. The wine list is heavily Italian (appropriate for the cuisine)yet diverse enough to keep an oenophile coming back for more. En trees are true to their roots yet often have just the right flare to give you something to talk about.
