I saw whom was likely her husband Raphael Justiz, and apparently she works in his clinic. I suspect they are using/paying for google one so that way they can filter their negative reviews as this one has one star reviews on every other heathgrade and reviews site. They pulled a bait and switch on me for a procedure he was supposed to be doing, and thought they could just switch it to her the week of and I would be okay with it. I moved here from another state and they took me off all my meds cold turkey. I hp through my withdrawals and tell them about the condition of my pain. I never asked for pain medication from them. They were treating me for a back injury when I continued to insist the pain was elsewhere. Then I meet Chris.. Either get the stimulator for my back which i said no to, or "It's all your head. You have been through trauma." I'm now seeing Dr. Steve. Randall who has put effort into why my HIPS needed a stimulator.
First visit went well. Very nice, personable, easy to talk to. She asked good questions to get to know where I was in my care and what options I'd tried and the results. She clearly informed me of practice policies and legislature they have to follow. Over time the practice changed. There was high turnover of NPs & PAs, some were new grads and not comfortable with pain medicine, they were unable to answer my questions.
