If you enjoy working with a Bureaucratic organization that will not fix mistakes they make then this is the medical mill for you. My son needed a physical for school volleyball and next thing you know their ordering lots of unapproved tests and we get bills from the Quest Diagnostics who will not reverse charges. Trying to reach Dr. Alina Hongsakaphadana would take 2 acts of Congress. She made the error and we get the bill.
Dr Hong is the best! She is extremely thorough and takes her time to listen.
She always made me wait more than one hour from the appointment time. She always rushed me saying she only have 15 minutes per patient. Every time when I see her, I was anxious because I could see that she wants to finish conversation in hurry. She was busy to look and type something on a computer while I am seeing her. It was bad experiences that I was rushed to finish talking about my issues after waiting more than an hour. She doesn't care wasting patients' time but she cares wasting her time.
