I visited this dental clinic for what should have been a routine checkup, cleaning and a very minor cosmetic fix for a small chip on my front tooth—both services fully covered by my dental insurance. Unfortunately, the experience left me frustrated and disappointed. Without clear explanation or prior consent, I was charged $110 for a “desensitizing resin” that I was not informed about beforehand.
