I’ve had a surreal experience of the worst kind with Dr. Alina Gad and her apparently infamously rude receptionist, as per prior reviews. I presented to Dr. Gad’s office with a fractured tooth that had razor sharp edges causing significant pain and cuts to my tongue, making it extremely difficult to eat and speak. I even had a cut on my finger from touching the tooth. After X-rays were taken, Dr. Gad examined my tooth very briefly and informed me that I would need a crown. I visited this dental clinic for what should have been a routine checkup, cleaning and a very minor cosmetic fix for a small chip on my front tooth—both services fully covered by my dental insurance. Unfortunately, the experience left me frustrated and disappointed. Without clear explanation or prior consent, I was charged $110 for a “desensitizing resin” that I was not informed about beforehand. Dr Alina and Mahdy Gad are absolutely amazing! My family has been going to them for years and as an Insurance agent, I make it a point to refer every one of my clients to her office. The staff is kind knowledgeable, and eager to help. Thank you Dr. Gad! I would never go anywhere else!!!
