I have been coming here for several years. I cannot say enough good things about Chad.
worst customer service in the industry, cannot set a truck to save his life. 2x the U Bar shims fell out of my KW rear suspension after requesting solid washers for shims instead of the typical U style shim. Bouncing down these crappy highways in today's day and age. Comes down to being a know it all and not taking care you your customers thst pay with theirhard earned money and take a ton of time to go out of the way to get to this shady character's shop. Chad looked over my truck, checked my wheel end play, then told me what he thought my truck did. He was spot on! Between T&E straightening my airbags and Chad's alignment my truck doesn't feel like the ass end is drifting anymore.
If you want a good alignment. If you want an alignment done right the 1st time. I highly recommend you bring your semi here.
Had alignment done the other day this guy (chad) at alignment solutions will be the only one to Do my alignments ever. Simply the best. And the guys over at t & e where i got steer tires and rear tire centramatics and tires rotates did a awesome job too
Awesome experience! My truck drives and rides like it is new again. Chad is a wealth of knowledge and I will most certainly be bringing my truck back to him next time I need an alignment.
