RecommendedI have had nothing but the best experience at AlignLife. I came in very pregnant, well into my third trimester with hip pain from that growing baby and in about 3 visits I was feeling so much lighter and had way more function and movement then before. As this pregnancy has progressed I have only had more relief. One less thing to worry about for me! They really invest in you and remember each body they work on and I respect that so much! Definitely not only recommended, but I think it’s necessary and essential!
