Shira is amazing. She’s literally a miracle worker. I had so much pain in my hips and lower back (due to sitting so much for studying and work) that I couldn’t walk or sit comfortably without constant pain. Shira is AMAZING! i took my 8 month old baby to her because he had bad reflux and wasn't sitting as well as i would have liked and she has a magic touch! He was spitting up significantly less and was stretching/flexible in ways i didn't see him do before! She was very gentle and careful with him i felt very comfortable! I also went to Shira for myself with back and shoulder pain and i had significant improvement after just one session! I recommend Shira to everyone now!
