Just went to aligned one wellness and used their sauna and had such a great experience! The space is beautiful, Sarah is wonderful and walks you through all that you need to know, and I felt so relaxed for the rest of the day! Highly recommend checking out this space and the different services they offer.
My husband and I went for an amazing couples sauna experience on Valentine’s day ❤️❤️❤️ Sarah (the owner) created a wonderful ambience for us. The space is very clean and we enjoyed a super relaxing 70 mins of sauna/cold shower circuit. We will definitely be back!
Loved it! I booked a 60-minute private sauna session and it was amazing. Super clean, private, with all the amenities. Sarah was very kind and attentive, and made sure I had everything I needed. I left feeling really refreshed, and that feeling stayed with me all day. I'll definitely be back!
