Text is best. That way I can't be gaslit when I share that I feel like I've been ostracized. There's significant room for improvement with my oldest. Janneu sees no problem with 14 year old girls reading 50 Shades of Gray. I'm just at a loss. I literally spelled it out more than once. There are toxic influences driving a wedge further between my daughters and me. I weep for the future when the science catches up to what is happening. My daughters are being abused. And you are blind to it.

Align your soul has been is amazing experience DBT and still is. Therapy is always welcoming, nonjudgmental, I would definitely encourage people seeking help to give them a try. You won't be disappointed.
The DBT program here is life changing. Thu is amazing. She is very compassionate and encouraging and truly makes her office a safe space to talk about anything.
Janneu is amazing. She is compassionate, understanding, helpful and goes above and beyond. She is walking by my side through a very difficult time. I highly recommend her!!
