I have had physical therapy in the Mid-Atlantic & SW Florida over the years for various issues. NONE of those PT experiences come close to the excellent PT services provided to me by Sue at Align with Sue. You guys, don’t walk over to align with Sue! As a fellow physical therapist, it is so refreshing to work out with someone like her who is so passionate about the human body and making movement and exercise fun! She always comes up with great modifications for exercise as needed for my different injuries and is focused on my progress. Thank you, Sue for everything.

Sue is an awesome physical therapist. She evaluates your existing physical condition thoroughly before providing any therapy. I achieved better results in two weeks than I did for six weeks at another facility. She not only is treating the existing condition but helping me correct the habits and postures that make the condition exist.

I started to understand Sue’s many different skills when she treated my wife. Sue was able to motivate an old lady that never before had exercise and hated the idea of exercise. Sue was able to start physical exercise with my wife but was also able to get my wife to personally initiate her own physical exercises. Just an amazing result! Now Sue is giving me physical therapy. This business has been open as a physical therapy wellness center for years, but just started hosting group Pilates reformer classes. I am a beginner, and I really appreciated the extra help from Sue who was my trainer, but I imagine this would be an excellent class for avid Pilates practitioners as well. They have several types of classes, group and individual, so check out the website. It does not have classes all day long so definitely check the website for the schedule and sign up before heading over there.
