Dr. Sheppard is outstanding! Highly recommend! Every aspect of my experience was top notch. This was my first experience with dry needling and cupping and she was so professional and thorough. I had been experiencing shoulder pain due to an injury and through her adjustments and the session my pain had reduced even by the end of my appt. If you are in the area or looking for excellent chiropractor, look no further, she is the best out there!

Alexa came highly recommended for both adjustments as well as dry needling. She has a way of making you feel comfortable which I also find it important when getting chiropractic adjustments or dry needling so that the body feels safe to receive. She is very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend Alexa as she digs into the meat of the issue and not only tailors the care to fit the problem, but also provides the necessary education on the how and why. It was my first time with dry needling combined with e-stim. Her bedside manner combined with the calming environment will bring me back with any acute issue in the future. I came in for an arm injury, and she did an alignment just for good measure!

I am so glad I found Alexa. I've had neck and back issues for years and I always feel so much better after our sessions. She is so knowledgable and she truly cares about her clients. I've seen Alexa for a couple years now and it's nice to have someone who offers a real one on one experience. She doesn't just do adjustments, she also offers dry needling and acupuncture depending on what each individual client needs.
