Today was my first appointment with Dr. Sheppard and it has already made such a huge difference. Will definitely be a regular. I love that she can do many things beyond just chiropractic care, like dry needling and cupping.
10/10 experience! Having pregnancy pains and Alexa helped elevate my ligament strain and back pain.
Dr. Sheppard takes time to understand what is bothering you and she uses an amazing hear lamp while she does the acupuncture. It feels amazing.
I am 8 months pregnant and my lower back has really been starting to hurt and get sore so I saw Dr. Sheppard and she worked WONDERS on my back and I feel SOOOO much better! She used cupping on my lower back and upper back area that was tight and it significantly helped reduce my pain. I can’t wait to go see her post partum! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
