Align PT is the best ever. I have been a patient for almost a year for a collarbone injury and my body has changed immensely. The environment in itself is such a welcoming and serene space and I love the feeling I get when I walk in knowing everyone here is getting help and getting stronger! Sadly I cannot recommend APT. The reason why I cannot has nothing to do with the actual therapy. In fact , my first visit with APT was actually very positive. I met the owner, ( Adam ) who was thoughtful and friendly! I came in for a 2nd opinion of my knee injury and Adam was very proficient with his diagnosis and treatment. Where it all fell apart was Adam's follow through with his clients are not good. I asked Adam to simply provide a report of his findings on my knee injury and even after 3 calls (!) All of the employees are friendly and responsive. The inside of the business is clean and the atmosphere is relaxing and motivating. My pt is Adam and he patiently listened to my problems (first visit), then developed a plan for my recovery which includes heat, massage, various modalities, stretching, exercises for the targeted areas (all visits). I have just finished my 2nd week and although I still have some pain I do feel much better than when I started.
