Dr. Rachel has provided excellent chiropractic care during two of my pregnancies, and has gone above and beyond supporting me as a lactation consultant. I fully recommend her for anyone looking for a family chiropractor, especially during pregnancy, and for anyone needing lactation support from an IBCLC.
Dr. Rachel is an amazing chiropractor! We’ve had such a great experience! She is wonderful with babies and has been incredibly helpful with breastfeeding support. She also helped us tremendously during pregnancy when we were working to get my breech baby to turn. She is knowledgeable, kind, and truly cares about her patients. I’m so thankful for her and would absolutely recommend her!
My wife developed sciatica while pregnant and struggle for a couple years until Ms. Rachel totally removed the pain. I also started getting leg and hip pain from tennis and didn't realize it was sciatic. I finally visited Rachel and she provided instant relief, and the pain went away totally within just few weeks, after several years of dealing with it and not knowing the cause.
Rachel is the greatest!! I saw her during my 1st pregnancy and her techniques helped so much of my pain! She is also a lactation consultant and helped me find my flange size and taught me how to use my pump. Once my baby arrived, she came to my home to evaluate my baby’s latch and adjust him as well! She offered contacts for donor milk when my supply wasn’t what I was expecting, and was encouraging and empathetic through it all. Dr. Rachel is a blessing! I'm a big fan of chiropractic, but picky when it comes down to who can adjust me. Dr. Rachel really listens to your symptoms and breaks down what needs to be aligned. Her adjustments are firm, but still gentle, and she always makes sure you are feeling improvement before you leave. She's amazing with kids, a huge help during pregnancy, and is just as good at adjusting my husband as she is me! Can't recommend Dr. Rachel enough.
