While visiting, I was experiencing a migraine due to muscle tension/knots. Rylee went above and beyond and was able to see me same day. She was extremely knowledgeable and used several modalities to help relieve the tension. She also offered helpful information/suggestions for things I can do to help prevent them in the future. I am grateful to have a wonderful resource for body work if needed while during future visits. I highly recommend her!
I don’t normally do reviews but this experience deserves it. Background: I am visiting from out of state and really needed a massage for some pain from recent running. There were not times available except at time I could not make work. When I asked for suggestions of another location, they asked what was my need. This was the best massage I have had in a long time. They were able to fit us in on short notice and we were so glad they did. Jocelyn was fantastic. Her knowledge of the structure of the body led to lasting results. She also gave a few tips on stretches to do at home to continue the wellness journey. Truly wonderful experience. I highly recommend.
I chose to go to Align because they offer a variety of techniques and I was looking for a mix of relaxation massage and physio to work out some aches and pains. Bre responded right away and asked me questions about what i was looking for. She matched me with Jocelyn who gave me the treatment I NEEDED, even though it wasn't what I expected. Jocelyn is excellent at observing my body's movements and listening to my aches, then explaining clearly what she is doing to help me.
