A had a vehicle from this company rode my tailgate all the way down Pelham road. She eventually passed me on the way to Port Colborne and then proceeded to do the same to the vehicle in front of her in the same manner . I was doing 52-57 kms an hour in a posted 50 km/ hr zone….. She needs to relax or get a less stressful job. In too much of a dam hurry.

I cannot say enough, good things about this company. The diligence, the patients, the understanding, and the caring. Jan Marunic and Jay , What a power duo These two people are. I was so lucky to connect with them through my occupational therapist. Alisha Vacon another amazing person that you should have in your corner. I am most grateful for the Align team in Niagara! I thought I broke my electric wheelchair Easter Sunday on may way to vote:( When I contacted my customer service rep I was assured she knew exactly what had happened and sent the technician to me as soon as possible(within 24 hours of me contacting her) :):):) Soooo much kindness, knowledge and skill from Miss S, Mr B, and Mr N. I reccomend Align Home Health Care: 7 Secord Drive St. Catharines all day long :):):)

Horrible company to deal with . In particular the sales rep . Very rude and arrogant . Called a few times said I will call you right back Never did . I had to call a few weeks later . Misguided me on quoting prices . Had to wait an extra week for one to arrive at rehab centre . Then had the nerve to give me false information . I have recently dealt with another company in Hamilton . Beyond outstanding and excellent kind service unlike Align .

We don’t understand where the negative reviews of this organization could be coming from. My husband & I have recently been dealing with Align Home Health Care for a few months now and, in our opinion, their staff, from the Sales Representative (Crystal) to the Technician (Nick) to the Accounts Receivable Clerk (Judy), have been nothing short of outstanding. Align's Customer Service is beyond reproach. They have always gone above and beyond to meet our needs which are very critical and sensitive considering our circumstances... read more
