In late 2019 we opened our 3rd location in Kingston. This additional space expanded our retail presence and provided our customers with another point of convenient contact. Our Kingston staff brought with them more industry experience and well established relationships. This highly visible location made it easier for our valued customers and therapist community to receive the products and services they require and deserve.

Amazing customer service. I can't say enough good things about this company and the staff!
Recently there was issue with my sister-in-laws lift chair. Align came and had a look, but they needed to order a part which might take some time. I was somewhat anxious as the chair is so necessary. I called and complained, and discussed how disappointed we were..that there was an unknown period of time before the chair would get the part. The serviceman Pat called me apologizing and said he was going back to the office to see if there would be a part that would do until the right part came in.. My only contact so far has been with Jaime and she is truly a gem! She was prompt in getting back to me, ... She was professional, personable, and knowledgeable. If she didn't know an answer she admitted it, found out the answer and got right back to me. Looking forward to dealing with this company for many years to come!
