Excellent first visit everyone was very polite and helpful. I finally have awnsers to all of my foot problems. Solutions to correct them and get them well . I will have procedures by Dr Ho Ellesworth in the near future. I highly recommend them.
My experience at Align was exceptional from start to finish. Everyone was knowledgeable and Dr. Ho diagnosed my problem right away and immediately went to work on it. She explained things well and I look forward to my next visit/treatment.
Such a great experience. The entire team should be sincerely proud of what they do. I’m so thankful my Dr recommended them. If you have ANY foot pain, just go! You will be smiling when you leave!
One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had! When I called, they told me that my appointment — just a quick examination — was fully covered by insurance and would be free. They said the $50 I paid in advance was just to secure the appointment and would be completely refunded afterwards. But when I arrived, they denied that and told me I’d have to pay, and that nothing would be refunded. On top of that, the podiatrist herself was extremely rude. Dr. Ho Ellsworth treats you as a whole person, not just a number. She spends time with you and explains things in a way the average person can understand. She offers solutions to help treat and heal your issue rather than just write a prescription for medication for you to deal. I would recommend her to anyone looking to be treated like a person and not just a number!
