From the front desk to the examination room I was deeply impressed by the professionalism and personable manner of the entire staff. I honestly went in with very low expectations that I would actually hear a solution for my problem. Dr. Ho-Ellsworth was extremely knowledgeable and had a number of suggestions of things to try. I came away hopeful. I unreservedly recommend this practice to anyone that is struggling with neuropathy.
Great experience. Very organized and personal. The doctor and her PA did a wonderful job of explaining the issue. Learned a lot!
Friendly and efficient staff. Appreciate the doctor's willingness to use alternative healing methods on my toe nail fungus. Also appreciate all the info I was given on for treatment options for my other issues. A little concerned about some assumptions that were made about how my feet got the way they are but I understand the doctor can't learn my life history in one appointment. Only one visit so far, so can't say much else yet.
I went with my husband to his appointment with Dr. Ho-Ellsworth yesterday, and I can honestly say it was such a wonderful experience. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. Everyone we interacted with—the front desk staff, Elisa the assistant, and of course Dr. Ho-Ellsworth—was so kind and attentive.
