It was great working with Tim and his team for a residential heat pump installation. They were very professional, had a "can-do" positive attitude and came up with creative solutions. Our house is quite tall and other contractors didn't want to touch it, or wanted to put up scaffolding; Tim and co. figured out a way using ladders and some ingenuity.
