RecommendedYoga with Kendal was just what I needed to kick off the year! All levels of practice would benefit from the class. The class was laid back with a good flow- the poses familiar, perfect for getting back to work after the holidays. Love that it’s local and close to home!

I came to dr.tara 36 weeks pregnant with sciatic pain. I was totally walking again after 3 adjustments. I continue to see her and it has made this last month of pregnancy so much easier. If you are pregnant, I definitely recommend going to see her especially in the end of pregnancy, it has been a GAME CHANGER! Thank you so much, Dr.Tara, so worth it:)
