I see why this awful company does not have a contact number! Their Alight app. Is absolutely HORRENDOUS!! I have spent hours and days simply trying to access MY PENSION INFORMATION!!! NOT FORT KNOX!!! My employer couldn't help me either!! I never use my computer, haven't used one in years because I use my smart phone! They have an Alight mobile app that does not work!!! I can't get anyone to help me!! I want and NEED access to my fricking PENSION PLAN!!! Totally FRUSTRATED!! YOU GUYS SUCK!!! WORST COMPANY EVER!!
THIS company is horrible! They send me the EXACT same statements over and over again, often twice a month. HUGE waste of paper, postage and time. They make it nearly impossible to log into their site. They kept saying we did not have a beneficiary listed when we did. We are going to pull our money out as we do NOT trust them. At one point, they sent us someone else's paperwork, claimed it was a "mistake". The MISTAKE is that my employer chose this place to put our retirement funds in the first.
