I don't know if Alight is a criminal enterprise committing massive fraud, or so incredibly incompetent that their negligence feels intentionally malicious, but either way they're a nightmare of a company to deal with. If I could give 0 stars I would! ALIGHT is terrible and they add more stress on top of what you’re going through. This is by far the WORST leave experience I’ve ever experienced.

THIS company is horrible! Despite tons of phone calls and all paperwork completed, they REFUSED to send my husband's first RMD this year when he turned 73. Now he will get 2 of them next year which will send us into a higher tax bracket affecting our social security and possibly how much we pay for Medicare. What a bunch of non-caring and incompetent people, no wonder they have such bad ratings. One star is one too many!

Confirmed FSA activation twice, still declined at POS. Called again and could not get through to a representative.
