Zero stars if possible. Horrible customer service, miscommunication, incorrect loan amounts. I am reporting them to consumer bureau and better business bureau why my employer selected them to handle our 401k is beyond belief.
The worst company I have ever dealt with, trying to file a claim for my HSA was a nightmare, spent hours on their website & finally talking to a person still not resolved! they just don"t want to pay you so they make it IMPOSSIBLE to file a claim!
Well, if it is possible not to give a star. I have this Alight via the USG and I am not retired yet and it is terrible. I am retiring soon. I found out that this plan that I am on via Alight only as me for just one day! Meaning, the day I retire is the the day that I am covered via Alight but also is the day that my plan ends/terminates!
