Impossible to get help or contact them. They don'y have a live person on phone. No email and no postal address on the App.
Horrible experience with a rollover. Staff input the wrong ACH information, so the funds were sent electronically to the wrong destination. Once the funds were recovered, the staff mailed the check to the wrong place. They're now mailing the check to me and I hope they can get that done correctly.
