The worst company I have ever dealt with, trying to file a claim for my HSA was a nightmare, spent hours on their website & finally talking to a person still not resolved! they just don"t want to pay you so they make it IMPOSSIBLE to file a claim!
Well, if it is possible not to give a star. I have this Alight via the USG and I am not retired yet and it is terrible. I am retiring soon. I found out that this plan that I am on via Alight only as me for just one day! Meaning, the day I retire is the the day that I am covered via Alight but also is the day that my plan ends/terminates! This company is a total hurricane when it comes to customer service. I have dealt with them 3 times to access my 401k with delays of over 2 weeks each time one for over 30 days for a different reasoneach time. All the while they withdraw the funds from my account the day reqested and any gains that I would have earned were pocketed by them. I am going to roll over my money to a trustworthy 401 k and sue them for fraud.
I didnt get paid for 2 months, endless loop of phone redirecting, cant find my information not in the system, I have a case manager but she isnt doing her job by getting me paid. Im behind on bills and I need my money. Where is it? Why are you saying im not in the system? I called every other day! They told me file with my states TDI, state tdi says my employer doesn't qualify because they have their own insurance Alight! I'm having to deal with them to get my pension and its the worst experience I have ever had. The communication is 3rd world level. In over 40 years of financial dealings, this the worst communication I have ever dealt with. It's not funny, but it is almost funny, like a Saturday night live skit with John Belushi and Dan Aykroyd ridiculous kind of funny
