Be very careful of this management company. My daughter signed a lease Jan 2014 but they requested a guarantor - she had no job. I would not sign and as it turned out she moved to Nashville in May 2014. In March 2014, she let Ms Donaldson know that she would not need the apt in August 2014 because she was moving out of state. Crimson Park is an over-priced apartment complex that on the outside exudes all the amenities of a high-scale community, but from an insider perspective, fails to meet the basic needs of a college student. The internet service is provided by a low-brow external company that provides very weak service throughout the apartment, and no individual routers, forcing an entire building of students and working families to share an internet source.
