Bikes here are great! Love my new bike! It's really cool and I get a lot of questions and compliments when I ride around town. My brother wants one too so we're planning to come back. The customer service is on point here. They're helpful, not at all pushy, and just all around nice.
Always great I needed some repairs done on my eco-bike and since I bought it from Alien Scooters, they were able to fix it quickly and it was free of charge! Great service!
The bikes are great! We got to test drive a few electric bikes and scooters before we decided to buy one. We had a blast and couldn't resist purchasing 2 electric bikes for me and my wife.
Helpful! All their help can't go unnoticed because I didn't know a thing about electric bicycles until they taught me a couple things. I ended up not only buying one for my wife, but also for myself.
Amazing Selection! I recently went in here on a whim after a friend mentioned it and I am so glad that I did! They have an amazing selection of scooters and I actually left with one! The staff was very friendly and helpful while I looked around. The price of the scooter was very good and I am really enjoying having it!
