Very impressed the professionalism, both interacting with personnel and the office environment. We brought a vehicle in for paint chips/scratches all over the vehicle. Phil was honest about what could/needed to be done, and pricing was more than reasonable. We will definitely be coming back to get some work done on our other vehicle. Couldn't recommend enough--worth the trek out to Galesburg.
Just picked up my 2000 Mazda Miata from Alien Car Care. It had a very large dent on the driver's door from a pair of shopping carts running into it from the high winds we had. The repair looks great, and you can barely tell that anything has happened to it unless you know where to look! I am super pleased with the result! Thanks to everyone at Alien Car Care for such a pleasant experience! :-)
