Alicia was the best. She gave me invaluable help with staging ideas, did extensive marketing on various platforms, made my property known to the vast network of agents in her company, Atlanta Community, and was very timely in giving me feedback on each and every showing. Her advice was spot on and I was able to walk away in a buyers market with the profit I was looking for in a reasonable amount of time.
