Excellent experiences with Dr Alicia Martin for many years. She's the best and I highly respect her.
Dr. Martin had an amazing bedside manner. She takes her time with her patients and really listens to them. We had several questions or topics we wanted to address, and she was patient and thorough with everything while still keeping us on schedule.
Dr. Martin is always very friendly and upbeat. She knows me and greets me by name. She is very knowledgeable and explains her decisions and advice. I never wait long to get an appointment and when I needed to see her after serious back surgery, her staff got me in to see her very quickly. I wholeheartedly recommend her care.

They do not respond to your questions. It’s going on 6 weeks and still no response.have reached out through the patient portal and by calling the office. Zero follow through.
Dr. Martin is one of the best physicians I have ever seen. She is attentive and compassionate. I never feel rushed yet she is still able to maintain her schedule so wait times are reasonable. She explains things well and doesn’t talk down to le lile some physicians tend to do. I highly recommend her for any age.
