Experience was overall ok. I have no complaints of care. Although the wait was unusually long. Got to my son's appointment 10 minutes early. We were called back fairly quickly and then we sat, unattended, for over 45 minutes. I was ready to leave and a medical student came in and assessed my son. She then left us to wait again for over 20 minutes more. Then Alicia came in, made her assessment, she was very kind and attentive. She wanted x-rays and we were left to wait AGAIN.
