Dr. Dwyer and staff all did an excellent job.
Dr. Dwyer, I forgot to ask when you were talking about the bricks at the intersection of MacArthur being used. Do you still want bricks? If so, I can look around Coppell where building is going on and maybe get some. Seems Austin stone is being used a lot, but you would have to go deeper with it. Let me know. I wouldn't change anything. I always feel comfortable. Dr. Dwyer does a great job on my teeth.

I would love to recommend you but too far from people I know. I do have 1 problem that I was going to call about. Rachel did some calculations and then charged $49.40. Then she did more calculations and said she would credit that back and wait to see what insurance paid. The charge is showing up on 9/8 but there is no credit. Should anything be done or wait to see about insurance?
