Dr Kerr is the best period. She is professional knows her work and down to earth at the same time. She cares about her patients and that shows even though her work is grueling. As a physician myself I can be very critical of doctors and really did not like my past ObGyns and still have not found a Pcp Because of that. Dr Kerr was already wonderful but then she went and pretty much saved the life of my second born off of an instinct and probably my life as well. So there is also that.
The best Dr ! Spends time answer questions, treats you like a human not like a business / patient !
Dr. Kerr treats patients like people first, starting with an office talk before the exam. She’s thoughtful and thorough and takes the time to discuss your needs for however long it takes. She’s terrific!
I really like Dr Kerr. She is very straightforward, honest and well informed. I very much appreciate her bedside manner. She is kind, but she is not going to avoid giving you the facts you need to know. As an older patient, she was very upfront with me regarding my risks for infertility. I know that some might have taken this the wrong way, but the purpose of initiating this discussion was to help me take action ASAP if needed. I strongly recommend her!
I would never recommend this practice to anyone. So many unpleasant staff members, including Dr Kerr. I left the office in tears after meeting her for the first time. She has a terrible approach with people and is actually downright miserable to deal with. She comes across as if she is superior and has zero bed side manner. Unacceptable.
I will never come back to this office. The staff was very unprofessional, rushing me, there seemed to be some tension between staff workers. When I met with the doctor she could not even make eye contact with me, she seemed very annoyed with my concerns I was having. I have never experienced such horrible service. I came on this website and noticed she had good ratings so i decided to give her a chance but I will never go back. I will NEVER recommended this place to any of my friends and family.
I would (and do!) highly recommend Dr. Kerr. She always made me feel supported, appreciated and listened to. I felt she was always open to hearing anything I had to say and was always readily available to address any concerns. I never felt rushed at any of my visits and felt she has an excellent bedside manner.
