Visiting Alice's is like a trip to an Exclusive Salon... – ...without the high price! I have been having my hair cut by Alice for many years, and I always feel like I have received five-star treatment. She starts with not just a shampoo, but a gentle head massage. Her cuts are always perfect for me. Boo to ALICES – I will never go here again. I had the worst haircut ever there. The lady kept saying how great it looked, but it did not. I didn't realized how much she ruined my hair until I was at home. When she styled it she put so much crap in it that my hands were coated in product when I touched my hair. I even brought in pictures of what I wanted done and had a long discussion with the stylist, but unfortunately it fell on deaf ears. I will never go there again. Best cuts ever!!! – I live in Olympia washington and drove over 2 hours to find Alice! She came highly recommended. I picked up my pregnant daughter and 4 year old granddaughter as a treat for them as well. Alice is every bit as great as I had heard! We had 3 of the best cuts ever! I paid the same for 3 cuts and styles as I used to pay for one crappy cut, elsewhere! We were all thrilled!!!!! We left feeling on top of the world. Had a bad experience – I had a bad experience with this place. They have no respect for others time. I took an appt and walked in at the right time. I was told to wait for 10 mins. I was sitting there for 45 minurtes waiting. After which I got up to leave and asked why did she give me an appt. She replies - "I am running late, cant you see !". If she was running late, wish she had told me that 45 minutes back and I wouldnt be waiting there. Horrible attitude , no respect for customer time.

Best Hair Color Ever – I often go to the salon with my two young sons and can't concentrate enough to tell her what I want, or even know what I want her to do. But she knows what's best. She takes the time to look at my hair and skin and how I wear it and pick colors that work for me. I've seen her work on others before me, and they always look amazing when she's finished with them, too. I totally trust her.
