As my five pre-teen grandsons and I walked into Alice's Barber and Style Shop, Alice blinked, hesitated for a second, then asked: "Who's first?" One by one, Alice gave each of the boys a military-styled cut, joked with boys, and turned a difficult situation into a great experience. Thanks Alice.
